Yes, I didn't notice there is Makefile.org shipped with the sources
tarball. I just copied the Makefile to Makefile.org. The correct patch

The manual pages placement should use MANPREFIX instead of MANSUFFIX or the
manual pages can not be read. The following patch does the job:
