OpenSSL 1.0.1 beta 2 definition of SHLIB_VERSION_NUMBER in opensslv.h
is "1.0.0".
If there is a semantics or usage change of SHLIB_VERSION_NUMBER from
0.9.x to the 1.0.x versions it would be convenient to have it
documented somewhere (If it is, I missed it).
