After some test, I found out, that with 1.1.0 it will be able to build.
But the way on the wiki don't work.
The only way I found was this:

Hello,
in the Configure file only support for Android arm-v7 are found.
But general arm-v8/arm64/aarch64 are included for the Linux target.
