Indeed it does.

A confession/rant: the Windows relevant content of the User Gide has all been second-hand since some six months ago. I own two copies of MS Windows (32&64 bit), each purchased at full retail for specific consulting jobs and more expensive than the hardware they were running on. Early this year I had to replace a failed motherboard on the system running the two Windows (and other non-Windows) images. Everything else ran fine after the mobo replacement, but the Windows images required a revalidation. Ok, so grab a cold beer, find a comfy chair, call the 1-800 number. How bad can it be? Well, I was treated to the full Revalidation from Hell experience, arguing repeatedly with a succession of Microsoft droids over a two day period that yes, I had only installed the copy *one* time on *one* disk drive on *one* system and no, I'm *not* a crook. I did finally get a revalidation code for the 32bit XP, but then accidentally trashed that disk a couple of months later.

I haven't been bored, idle, or desperate enough since to want to tackle a reinstall and another revalidation. I'll gladly incorporate any contributed feedback into the User Guide, but until/if another paying client needs Microsoft specific support I won't be doing any hands-on work with Windows.
