Yes, it is a certificate error: a very stupid one.
I've used the wrong CA cert - from a different hierarchy.
I'm sorry for the hassle.

I'm using haproxy 1.8.17 and openssl 1.1.1a from Debian testing to serve TLS
1.2 connections with client authentication.
The TLS handshake runs through fine. But then the server answers with a
sing the
selfsigned mechanism, but that is not what I want.
Is there any how-to in the wild, how to set up a fully working CA
including SAN (v3) attributs?

Hi,
I'm currently testing connectivity between a IBM payment
gateway and openssl.
IBM tells me that connections are dropped because
openssl doesn't send the rigth header size.
Does anyone know of this problem ???
