This is probably a stupid question. :-)
I generated a keypair for DSA ,signed some data and stored the
public/private keys for later use.
Later on I want to verify the data i previously signed.
So I just create a DSA struct and and add the public key to it.
But that doesn't work,

One of the possible goals of my open Trusted QSL (QSL in amateur radio
means ACK) is to have a small check signature to validate contacts.
I was wondering if using a 6 characters check signature (0-9A-Z)
could provide any trust level? Maybe us the first character as

I am currently working on an open source DSA signature scheme for Amateur
radio QSL cards. One of the things I would like to do is have a non-US
site that I can point people to where they can get Wintel32 DLLs. Is there
such a place?
