You can export a list of Trusted Root Certificate Authorities from the
Windows XP Certificate Manager by going here:
Control Panel Internet Options Content Certificates
Then you can convert it from PKSC7 to PEM format with this command line:
I am trying to compile OpenSSL 0.9.8d for Win32, and I run into a problem
when running the do_masm batch file:

I went ahead and compiled 0.9.8b on my own today, and I noticed that
libeay32.dll is 1,089,536 bytes
