For certificates generated by "Let's Encrypt Authority X3"
for getting ocsp response from letsencrypt I need to use such command:
# openssl ocsp -verify_other chain.pem \
-issuer chain.pem \
-cert cert.pem \
-text \
-url
-users@openssl.org
