I've found one on-line tester for CVE-2014-8730 here:

But, I was looking for an offline test I could perform in our dev
environment.
Does anyone know of one? I've had no luck as of yet...

You sure that's the one you want? That is only for F5. See

I wrote a test using tlslite - only a few lines of code, so it should be
pretty easy to reproduce.

Coding, per se, doesn't scare me, but assuring I have a correct
