Hello all,
I'd like to inquire about whether or not there is
support for the command OCSP in openssl version 0.9.6g. I've read online
about a patch involved, and noticed that there are tarballs for 0.9.5a and b
versions which will give you the ocsp.c application. Untarring the tarball
gives you an ocsp.patch file. But I've noticed another such patch file
called ocsp.patch-openssl-0.9.6. Seeing that my version is 0.9.6g, I used
the latter patch file.
But after following the readme with the patching
procedure, I still do not locate the ocsp.o file which is needed to run
./openssl ocsp xxxxxx.
After 'make update', what else am I supposed to do
after? Someone, please advise.
