There is not and never will be FIPS support for OpenSSL 1.1.1.
You’ll have to wait for the upcoming 3.0 release for FIPS support.

I am looking for OpenSSL 1.1.1g related user guide or any documentation. I
could not find it out. I am getting only the OpenSSL FOM versions. But I need
OpenSSL FIPS run time module version 1.1.1g. If you have this please share with
