[Openstack] Slow Instances

Hi I have installed Folsom on one ubuntu server 12.04 my question is why instances are so slow and there is no difference between tiny and large flavors? Is this something normal or it depends on my configuration? (if so, please tell me which configuration?) Regards, Reza
