[Openstack] Launchpad PO file outdated

Hi OpenStack developers, Could anyone responsible for the PO file generation take a look at this bug? The current launchpad PO file obsolete. https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/973980 I think it is urgent. I hope the PO file should be updated. Can anyone help with it? Best wishes!
