For logging purpose, I wanna log the `flow_uuid` as a context to
indicate which flow the logging message related to.
Currently, I just created a logging adapter, grab the `uuid` from the
`flow_details`, the pass them as a constructor param like this:
flow = linear_flow.Flow(flow_name)

Hi!
I wonder if the “ipset” extension of iptables the is supported by the current
version of neutron.
If not; is it planned to be supported in the next version?

Dear All,
My problem is that my VMs on different compute nodes are not communicating with
each other (no ICMP/TCP/UDP connectivity). VMs on the same compute node can
reach each other. The arp packets is flooded across the data path network but
no reply is generated from the destination VM.

I have already create an external network, and I launched an instance in that
external network(without a floating ip),it can reach the outside network, but
it still can not be accessed by the physical machine even in the same subnet.

I'm running into some odd issues trying to set up an all-in-one
icehouse/neutron system. I'm trying to add my single ethernet
interface, "eth0", to the OVS bridge "br-ex" while preserving the MAC
address visible on the network.
My target system is itself an OpenStack instance, which means that

Side note: many groups are using StackTach to collect and persist the events
and then just accessing the StackTach database directly to generate their
usage/performance reports.

See how you create an external network if you haven't already.
Once an external network is created in openstack, instances launched in that

Hi,
If I run, say, 8 Neutron worker threads (via configuration in Neutron) in
Havana/Icehouse, then I will end up with 8 different consumers on the exchange

Now my question is that when the L2-Agent on the compute node sends a periodic
