I'm wondering if it's possible to set up one instance as a DHCP/tftp server, and
netboot another instance from it (using PXE or similar).
Has anyone tried something like this? I'm using neutron, so I figure there's at
least a chance that it offers sufficient flexibility.

I made the changes you pointed out, but it doesn't seem to make any
difference. I am in the same network as the server but still not able to
ping or ssh to the vm. I double checked my networking rules and have
configured tcp and icmp properly. Don't really know where this might be

Hi, Just because the Instance is shut off, doesnt release the hardware resource
(at least not in Icehouse, Juno or Kilo) . The instance still has the hardware
reserved, its just not using it. This allows you to have less usage but the
ability to always boot the instance if needed.
This is one
