Reviewing all the constraints work, I see that repositories have created
some workaround around requirements install for one of these two legimit
reasons - most often using tools/tox_install.sh from tox.ini for it:

I saw that one can create a VM with "openstack image create" but also with
"glance image-create",

I saw that some of the parameters are common.
My question is: is there any difference between these two command line ut
Openstack is the unified command same results. Glance may become deprecated as
keystone is now.
