[Openstack] Openstack Trove Instance Stuck at Build State

Hi all, Facing some issue on opesntack trove pike release multinode. Instance is up and running in Nova compute and volume is getting created and getting attached to Instance. Cloud-init is finished running successfully In trove-taskmanager.log I'm getting this error.
