Some rsync related questions.
Is the ring_check_interval the only variable that controls (potential) rsync
operations for the replicator? ONce the replicator starts an rsync operation
does checking continue or is it suspended until the current rsync operation
completes? Do other swift components
I'd like to use curl to access a Ceph cluster. The swift API works and I
thought I could use the debug option to look at the curl commands generated for
access.
Does the --debug option of swift print the entire command for all curl commands
during execution?
Debug output from the 2nd curl comma
I'd like to get input from the community on a 'realistic' size of a small Swift
cluster that might be deployed & used in the field for production. SAIO / test
/ lab setups aren't a consideration. I'm interested in hearing about both
private and public cluster sizes that are deployed for actual.

Through an unfortunate series of events I get "permission denied" trying to
start the account, container, and object server. Circumstantial evidence points
to (maybe) the swift user/group or something with syslog being messed up. If
someone could give me some pointers I'd appreciate it. This hap
