Senlin has intergated Zaqar project as one of its receiver type, so I know
zhengyu has done many useful feautres in Zaqar.
Following is a brief introduction about Senlin receivers, the messaging type
receiver will use Zaqar.
With the release of Queens, master upper-constraints is now unlocked.
