Hi Tomasz, Overall, I don't really have any strong opinion on this. I just think that if we do it with option 1, it may become quite hard to make Watcher more scalable in the long run if we need to. That's why I would tend to choose option 2. Also, it's not so easy for me to evaluate how much work
