Hello all, I just wanted to draw some attention to the following bug I stumbled across yesterday when sending concurrent requests to attach a non-multiattach volume to multiple instances :
https://bugs.launchpad.net/cinder/+bug/1762687 Scanning over the v3 API code in Cinder suggests that this could be due to a complete lack of locking when creating the initial attachment but I might be missing something here. I've marked this as impacting both Nova and Cinder for now while but if I'm honest this strikes me as something we need to resolve in c-api alone.
