I would like to get a FFE for patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/166496/ .
The patch removes progressive calculation of sleep timeouts in memcache. The
progressive calculation lead to issues on load, causing timeouts and slowness
incommensurable with the load.
The patch in question
This would be a reasonable ffe for a stable backport if there is one. This is a
significant improvement for the memcache locking retry.
