Hello everyone,

We have released TripleO for Queens milestone 2 yesterday. As we
discussed at the PTG, now is the time to stop working on new features
and start stabilizing the release. As mentioned in the meeting
today[0], we need to start reviewing the open patches for features
still in flight and see about finalizing them. As we released early
in the week, I would expect that we spend this week finishing up
things we expected to land by milestone 2. Starting next week we
should be more strict on what we allow to land in terms of features.

Please take care when reviewing patches to ensure no new features are
being added unless they have been previously discussed and approved.
We should only move forward on adding any feature items if they are
disabled by default and do not impact existing functionality. If you
are unsure if a patch in question is a feature please ask before
approving. If there is not existing test coverage for a feature, that
should be improved and code should not be added without proper
coverage.

We will not be accepting any new blueprints or specs from now until
the end of Queens. As previously mentioned[1], we will be closing the
specs repo after milestone 2. We will be allowing a short grace period
(+1 week) for existing specs with +2s[2]. Please review these specs
and we should merge them this week. After this week, any open specs
should be re-targeted to Rocky.

We will be reviewing the open blueprints and moving any not currently
started blueprints to a future release. Please make sure they are
accurate and up to date.

If you have a feature you feel has to land in Queens that hasn't
already been started and approved, please raise a feature freeze
exception and we can investigate if it we should allow it.

Thanks,
-Alex
