Now that we have completed the Ocata final release, control over
the stable/ocata branches have been transitioned to the stable
maintenance teams. Patches going into stable/ocata should follow
the stable-backport policy (see the Project Team Guide [1] for
details), and it is now possible to request Ocata stable point
releases.

The release team is all in Atlanta at the PTG, so there may be
delays with releases until next week, but if you have a critical
bug please let us know and we will prioritize it.

Thank you all for your contributions to Ocata, and for making this
release cycle so smooth even though it was shorter than usual!
