The First App Application for OpenStack repository was recently
added/merged (https://review.openstack.org/#/c/164668/) on Stackforge
and the new gerrit group faafo-core is now available and usable.

I have not tested it, but this should be possible by using the Gerrit
API as documented at

A client to access the Gerrit API is available at

Does it makes sense to introduce a separate command to trigger rechecks
caused by a timeout to be able to separate them? E.g. "recheck timeout".

Shouldn't we disable the full recheck of a review request when only the
commit message changed? I think it's sufficient to check the commit
message itself without rechecking the whole review request.
