In our first Zuul meeting, we discussed how we wanted to run the meeting
and agreed that we would like to have an agenda page in the wiki, as one
does.

Okay, it seems like Mondays at 22:00 works for most folks. We can
change it later if it's too much of a stretch.

So selfishly speaking this is early for me (particularly when daylight
savings ends). Would people consider 2200 or 2300?
I suspect though this will make it hard for those in Europe so it's likely
no viable. In this case 2000 is okay.
