Getting Openstack working on AWS is not a standard installation.
AFAIK, presently only Ravello will help you to run N^2 (Nested-nested)
virtualization (i.e, openstack on AWS).

Tom,
Can you make the columns a bit wider? I don't seem to have permissions to
do so and I cant read everything. I've resorted to copying and pasting
stuff into another window so I can read it.

Hi I have already openstack setup up and running withe 1 controller,1
network and 1 compute node.
with qemu hypervisor.
Now i wanted to add a kvm hypervisor, I have installed the kvm, novacompute
openvswitch, and nuetron agent in the compute node.
Created the br-int bridge in the compute node.
Hi Tom,
As luck would have it, the sole session I'm doing in the Main Conference
clashes with the current time slot for Hypervisor Tuning. I see that Tim is
also listed as a moderator for that session, so I'm more than happy to let
him run it. However, if it's not asking much, I'd really like to
thanks all for your contribution on my request.

Please add your organisations to the etherpad at
https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/european-ops-meetup-planning, and we also
need everyone's input to suggest sessions you would be interested in.

Hi,
your scheduler delivers all threads to the cores, so if you have some
running processes in your VM, all cores will be used.
A CPU core in your VM is representing by one process on the host system,
normally. That's depend on your hypervisor.
Another thing, you can set explicitly which core
To help kick off this topic, the Neutron team has been tracking some
performance profiling in this etherpad.

Tom,
In order to not mess up with your google doc, do you expect feedback directly
on the doc or via email ML?

Hey, OpenStackers!
I'm writing to propose to organise new informal team to work specifically
on the OpenStack performance issues. This will be a sub team in already
existing Large Deployments Team, and I suppose it will be a good idea to
gather people interested in OpenStack performance in one
ML :)
