because I have only 2 speakers. Have you looked at the Volume Control

ndiswrapper may work for you. Better in my opinion that trying just any
old usb device. You might run into what I did, and then not be able to
get it to work.

Suse 10.2, KDE 3.5 (or gnome 2.16), TB and FF at 2.0.0.6.
When I click a link in an email message in TB, nothing happens--doesn't
matter whether FF is running or not. No FF window opens to handle the
request.
Any help appreciated.

I switched to the plugin from Sun 1.5.0 Update 12, and it also works as
expected.

know why, but even Sun has chosen to ignore this base of users.
My solution was to install the x86 version (see below) and use a 32bit
javaplugin--mine is from IBM 1.4.2. My Firefox works as expected, after
doing this.
Help->About:
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1
get Firefox for x86 and an x86 version of java (I use IBM
1.4.2), make the links to /usr/lib/browser-plugins and you should be
back in business.

Log In as root
init 3
cd /
mkdir home1
cd home
find ./* -xdev | cpio -pdmv /home1/
umount /home
cd /
rmdir /home (it is now an empty directory)
mv /home1 /home
edit /etc/fstab to remove mounting of /dev/xxx to /home.
init 5
You should be up and running.
