Still using alpha2+.
When I run zypper update it tells me:
A ZYpp transaction is already in progress
but if I try to see the process, there is none.
What am I doing wrong?
Peace

/proc_meminfo.scr conflicts
between attempted installs of yast2-2.15.25-2 and
yast2-storage-2.15.7-5
If I run smart, fix it tells me I have no problems to resolve.
Any help?

I just installed the above and WOW!
I am using it now, and my complements to all that worked on it. The
install went so smooth,
I could not believe it.
Thanks Guy and Galsed

I recall a message on the list asking to test this package. I lost it.
Would someone please point me to the location of the latest factory. I
would like to test it.
Thanks and have a good eveninged

synaptic I need your input, as
I use neither apt nor synaptic.
I am running 10.2 and I use apt. It is SO much better than yast2.
Yast2 is unreliable and SLOW on my system. Other parts of Yast2 are
fine. Just the software management part.
Peace..e

this little old users is really confused. What in the world is
repomd??? And how is apt connected with synaptic?
Does this now mean that when I run ap-get update, it really does not
work, only looks like it does?
Best wishes and Peaceed

i have noticed that one of the neat things about 'slashdot' is the means
of looking at a user from selection and seeing what that user has written
about and a way to look at that message. i find this very informative.
