If I wanted to install OpenSuse 10.2 on a system based around either of
these chips (so a 3000 or 5000 chipset) are there any Linux/OpenSuse
peculiarities that would make one a better choice than the other?
Newbie question I'm sure but we've all been there :-)

as standard, and support SLES which suggests they should work fine with
OpenSuse.
Is anyone using one of these with OpenSuse? Any feedback appreciated.
