[opensuse] Install openSuSE 10.3 on a remote machine (Remote Installation)

Hi! I have a server that that is running an old version of SuSE and I am planning to upgrade it to 10.3 by creating a clean install. Unfortunately I have no physical access to the machine but would still like to control the installation process myself. I don't think I am brave enough to do it
