[opensuse] Microphone fixed on laptop

I have very good news. Hopefully this may help others. For the last 3-months or so my Microphone on my HP5237 laptop has not worked. I actually purchased a USB microphone which did work in the mean time. Now I have it worked. All I did was d/l and compile and install the latest ALSA drivers. h
