On the left hand side, click Playlists. In the left hand pane, select Smart
Playlists, Collection, All Collection. Drag into right hand pane. Click P

Make certain that it doesn't have "random" play selected, then it
*should* play your list sequentially

If I understand your problem, just drag each playlist into the Playlist
pane in the order you want them to play and click play. If this is not
what you meant, feel free to rephrase you
