Which rpmlint-mini package are you using? The one in oS:F:ARM should be
up-to-date.
The list of valid licenses is maintained in
obs-service-format_spec_file, which is then picked up by rpmlint and
then rpmlint-mini.

That appears to be a bug in valgrind, you can work around it by building
without valgrind.

It looks like the host kernels on the aarch64 workers are rather old, I
see a lot of CPU stalls reported. Anything older than 3.19.x is not
recommended.
