doesn't runs the ymp file and I have installed the last version of
yast2-metapackage-handler.

openSUSE:/tools/openSUSE_10.2 repository?
I believe the 10.2 package should have the appropriate mimetypes
included, what browser are you using? and have you restarted it since

The x86_64 version seems to be missing from the openSUSE:/tools
repository.
