That's indeed one we can look at to even drop. With the world moving to
webkit2, it seems we no longer have any consumer of this package in the
distribution.

gnome-online-miner is used when you have online account defined (e.g
GOOGLE, Facebook, Owncloud) and expect Photos/Documents to show up in
the respective applications (GNOME Documents / GNOME Photos); with the
miner disabled, those apps won't show the relevant docs from those
online sources anymore
