Hello,
Yesterday we had our openSUSE 12.3 release party in Budapest, Hungary.
We were the guest of the Hungarian Novell / SuSE office for some very
fine pizza and beer. At first everybody introduced himself as many of us
met each other for the first time. Then we had a long and lively
discussion about the history and the future of the Hungarian openSUSE
community. Of course there were some people claiming that in five years
there will be no PCs, just some Android/iOS tablets :) But for the rest
there were some really great ideas what to do to attract more for
openSUSE. The primary focus will be strong presence at conferences,
maintaining an openSUSE booth, and of course wearing the openSUSE
T-shirts I received during FOSDEM, which I handed out yesterday during
the release party. Participants were very enthusiastic, lets hope they
will also be so for the rest of the year!
