Hi Tom, not sitting in front of my suse box,... read the manual, rpm --rebuilddb something like that,.. if it takes longer than 3 minutes, you might have the sintax wrong, kill try again,.. you would think, basic errors, would be documented with suse ? cheers, Robert SchultzT
I did a update this AM as SMART indicated that there were updates available.
The log (attached) showed a big bunch of errors. I am running openSuSE 10.0
