The answer to this is normally found by rpm -q --changelog package-name - in
this case I'm pretty sure it's me and I'll do it tomorrow.
This, along with an update to 2.3.15, is now pending on the build
service.

The GNONE:/Community Version is 2.3.14-2.1,
