don't need necessarily to be be busy. it's a way to announce

there is something I don't understand here. Mediawiki is
said to be utf8, so the coding is the same for all
languages, isn't it?

Have several (three? five?) people ask to make the list and it will be
added.
Now we have 5 people. Where and how should I ask? Would I send the list
