I got two questions:
First, xfce4-screensaver is in X11:xfce but not yet in Leap 15.1 or even TW.
Why is that and what needs to be done to fix this?
Second, the Xfce pattern recommends xscreensaver. Maybe we could replace this
with xfce4-screensaver?

looking at a quite regular oS Xfce installation (TW, basic pattern, Xfce
pattern) I got both Tiger VNC and Remmina preinstalled. Some thoughts on that:
1. I don't know either of them in depth but would suspect some duplication in
functionality there.
