I'm new to otc and have the followin problem:
I'm running the Server (0.4.5) on Ubuntu 9.04 and was able to boot some
Clients. This worked fine. As I want to setup a network without
connection to the internet via the router, I tried the same setup again,
but without the internet connection

I have been having a problem installing Apps within the Management
console, I am trying to a package from within the Installable packages
area, but instead after I click Install they immediately go into the
Cache Files area and never leaves.
How can I get those packages into the Appli
