i'm afraid you have to ask for a support ticket at openthinclient, as this is
rather network / hardware / client specific and I fear there is not a generic
answer to that.

we have a problem with two of our PXE client. This clients asks for an ip, get
an offer but cant receive ip and boot file. Log from dhcp server:
