Thanks for your valuable information Federico,
I have changed in /etc/nginx/sites-available and sites-enable folder and I
restarted the nginx server. It started working. If am installing openwisp2
from the beginning that time I can set it in /defaults/main.yml file or
esle we can set in /etc/nginx
