I just tried out the latest trunk (r22462) on wr941nd and there seems
to be something wrong with the ethernet. Interfaces never come up and
if I try ifconfig on them it looks like this:

This platform device initialization code caused a crash at startup on the
Danube reference boards. Since there is no driver using the platform device
anymore, lets just remove this cruft.

This removes a lot of cruft from the architecture code for reserving 2M of
memory for the voice core. It now uses dma_alloc_coherent to get this memory
from the vmmc driver, when it is initialised.
Now this memory will only be allocated when it is actually needed.

The firmware file in the archive downloaded when not extracting is different
from what the filename should be on the root filesystem. Fix this when
installing. Fixes build error.
