Travis, I am volunteering to maintain mjpg-streamer and mochad. mochad is not currently in a public feed. I wrote mochad and use mjpg-streamer so this is a good way for me to get started on packaging. If this works out I may be able to help with other packages. I am currently building OpenWRT
