Hi Radu, My first recommendation would be to repeat your attempt using the *wpad*package on all nodes, instead of hostapd / wpa_supplicant. If you have the wpad package already compiled, you should just be able to remove hostapd and wpa_supplicant and then install wpad; both use same configuratio
