Hi, The current OpenWrt trunk does not have working USB support for the Netgear WNR2200. (See discussion at https://dev.openwrt.org/ticket/15267)
There seem to be two problems: == 1. == Review needed for the gpio patch for working USB. I understand that there was a previous patch submission, but it does not seem that it was accepted. Can someone please give some feedback on the patch? Link: https://github.com/equk/openwrt/blob/master/wnr2200/wnr2200_usb.patch == 2. == Even with the above fix to get USB working, it appears that the USB system is not initialized early enough for extroot to function. A workaround was discovered that involved adding a preinit script in base-files to modprobe ath9k, however this is not a very good (or permanent) solution. Thoughts/suggestions? == 3. == Images can't be flashed from luci. The web interface gives an error when trying to upload an image (although they flash fine over tftp). https://dev.openwrt.org/ticket/20040 https://dev.openwrt.org/ticket/20326 Thanks, Jeremy _______________________________________________ openwrt-devel mailing list openwrt-devel@lists.openwrt.org https://lists.openwrt.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/openwrt-devel
