Tony, Okay, it is the Volve model that you are trying to get to run. I can get this this to run on 2020-04 with various modifications due to OPM Flow not supporting certain keywords. The model is currently running and is taking the 10 day time steps as per the SCHEDULE file, and it occasional

We have had some discussions related to an open exchange format called RESQML. I do not have any experience with this format, but I see they support HDF5 as data container. https://www.energistics.org/resqml-standards/ Magne -Original Message- From: Opm On Behalf Of Alf Birger Rustad

Alf, My initial thoughts on the issues you raise are: 1. (Post-processor compatibility.) A new format could be implemented in both OPM Flow and Resinsight, making it useful rather quickly. 2. (Write only at end of run.) I assume this can be resolved by wasting a little space: initially a

My take on this is: 1. Yes I see the value of a transposed file format - however the value is quite limited before it is implemented in post processing tools. The feasability of implementing/using said format in post processing tools should therefor be an important criteria. 2. I *think*

Dear community, We are at a cross roads with respect to file formats, and I hope you are motivated to help us arrive at the best solution. We need better load-on-demand performance for summary files than what is currently possible with the default Eclipse format for summary files. Currently you

Tony, Alf is correct, in nearly all cases poor convergence is nearly always related to the data: aquifer not in equilibrium with the hydrocarbon zone, negative fluid compressibilities, etc. If you can share your model then I'll take a look. If not then if you send me the *.PRT, *.LOG and *.DB

Hi Nikolai The Norne case study is in the repo opm-publications. https://github.com/OPM/opm-publications I just notice that it is still a pull-request. I will try to get it merged as soon as possible. In the mean time you can get it from https://github.com/OPM/opm-publications/pull/1 For CO2
