Thank you Lincoln for the feedback.
I checked the calendar, and another open slot is 7am PST Fridays. So current 4
options are:
* 6am PST Thursdays: current time; a couple of TSC members intend to
participate but have conflict
* 6am PST Mondays: current regular participant and active

That slot will conflict the the CVC meeting (which is every other week).

I just got a feedback from a regular participant and active contributor that
the new time 6am PST Mondays doesn't work.
The new proposal is 7am PST Mondays, one hour later from original proposal.
Please let me know if there is any concern on the new proposal: 7am PST Mondays.
